Just in time for Passover, here are some gems from the Internet.

First of all, check out this video of adorable Julie Hasson, cooking up a batch of it with mushrooms and walnuts. Her surprise ingredients are agave syrup and marsalla.

This one features cashews, tempeh and string beans.

Here’s a simplified version of the one Julie makes in the video, minus the agave and marsalla, using mushrooms and walnuts as the base.
